upaja provides AI-powered content management (Spark) and dashboard creation (Kite) tools. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
Your content
You retain ownership of all content you create using upaja. You grant us a limited license to host and display your content as necessary to provide our services. We do not claim ownership of your data.
Payment and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Refunds are handled according to our refund policy.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, upaja shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
